Are Chinese developers building the largest Brickell office building since the recession? It depends who you ask.

An entry in a real estate platform operated by CoStar Group Inc. is setting high expectations among Miami office brokers, noting a future Class A office building is planned for the former Capital at Brickell site. CoStar, a source of real estate market intelligence, said 3.6 million square feet of office space is planned at 1420-1438 S. Miami Ave. However, a spokesman for the property owners said no such plans exist.
