A Hollywood office portfolio west of Interstate 95 changed hands in a nearly $45.8 million deal between Metropolitan Life Insurance Co. and a real estate investment trust linked to the Denver-based buyer, Dividend Capital Diversified Property Fund Inc.
MetLife sold four parcels at the Venture Corporate Center, including an 86,084-square-foot office building on nearly 6 acres at 3440 Hollywood Blvd., a 90,774-square-foot midrise built in 1984 at 300 S. Park Road and two parking lots totaling more than 1.5 acres.
