After years of enticing European and Latin American multimillionaires to invest in South Florida, Cyril Bijaoui is targeting another exotic breed of buyer: Americans.
Under a partnership with luxury residential brokerage Westside Estate Agency in Los Angeles, the principal at Coral Gables-based boutique The Company Real Estate said he’s gained a brand new contact list of affluent Californians dipping their toes into the South Florida real estate market. That access has come with its own sets of joys and challenges, Bijaoui said.
