Billionaire Jeff Greene just completed an ambitious assemblage that gives him control of most of the vacant land along the downtown West Palm Beach waterfront.
Less than a month after buying a 4.5 acres for $31 million along Flagler Drive, the real estate tycoon picked up another 0.85 of an acre in a $1.51 million deal to become the biggest landowner in the long-overlooked Currie Park corridor on the Intracoastal Waterway.
