The owner of a downtown Miami office building pleaded guilty to a federal bribery charge for stuffing cash in a city fire inspector’s pocket to make code violations go away.
Dvir Derhy is facing up to 10 years in prison at sentencing scheduled Aug. 26 before U.S. District Judge Marcia G. Cooke.
