The 15-story Miami office building at 800 Brickell Ave. traded for $111.6 million to RREEF Property Trust, Deutsche Bank’s real estate investment management business, seller Stiles Corp. announced Tuesday.

The price works out to about $533 per square foot for the 209,122-square-foot building with a glass facade and the highest parking ratio—2.7 spaces per 1,000 square feet—on crowded Brickell Avenue.
