Ram Realty Services and Pinnacle Housing Group LLC plan to start construction this month on Sheridan Station, a luxury apartment complex on the site of the former Okomo Mobile Park in Hollywood.
The joint venture plans a transit-oriented community between Sheridan and Taft streets just west of Interstate 95. It will bring 336 apartments to a 21-acre site with access to I-95 and the Sheridan Street Tri-Rail commuter rail station.
