A capital investment group unveiled plans Wednesday for a major redevelopment of Fort Lauderdale’s Bahia Cabana Beach Resort.
Fort Lauderdale-based Randolph Equity Partners Inc. said its project would transform the low-rise waterfront resort into a vibrant mixed-use community with condominiums, a hotel, a marina, a restaurant, retail space and art galleries. Plans describe a pedestrian-friendly project with dock space, over-water dining platforms, rooftop dining, pedestrian pathways and plazas along A1A and the Intracoastal Waterway.
