The builders of Brickell Avenue’s Panorama Tower witnessed what they say is the “largest single foundation concrete pour in Florida’s history” over the weekend. Developer Florida East Coast Realty said about 175 trucks delivered over 13,600 cubic yards of concrete—29,364 tons of building material in total.

Panorama Tower is the tallest residential building approved in Florida, at over 830 feet tall. It is planned to have 821 apartments, a 208-room hotel, 100,000 square feet of medically oriented office space, 50,000 square feet of high-end retail space and a 2,000-car parking garage.
