Marcus & Millichap brokers Jonathan Gerszberg and Andy Charry are pitching a vacant 19,065-square-foot warehouse in a graffiti-covered corner of Miami’s Wynwood neighborhood.

The $8.2 million asking price would work out to about $430 per square foot—a staggering number in Miami-Dade’s complex market, where large transactions still close for $45 per square foot in areas like North Central Dade.
