A New York company blasted what had been the ceiling price on real estate in Miami’s Wynwood neighborhood, paying an unheard-of $770 per square foot for the property.

A Delaware corporation linked to Brooklyn-based RedSky Capital paid $10.6 million Tuesday for the 13,775-square-foot site, which contains a 5,485-square-foot building zoned as a lumberyard and being leased as an art gallery at 2407 NW Second Ave.
