Fresh on the heels of two major projects scoring millions of dollars in subsidies, a third developer is looking to cash in on public funds.
Developers of the proposed River Landing Shops and Residences want Miami-Dade County to cover part of the $38 million tab for roads, sewer systems, utility networks and other infrastructure, plus provide an adjacent county-owned parcel for a public park.
