The attorneys of Lawyers For Children America work on behalf of abused, neglected and abandoned children forced out of their family homes. But in the coming months, the nonprofit might find itself without a roof over its own head.

Lawyers For Children operated in a plush downtown Miami high-rise for about 15 years, thanks to support from law firm Squire Patton Boggs. Its tiny staff had two offices and a reception area within Squire’s suites on the 40th floor of the Southeast Financial Center.
