A large Bal Harbour home once owned by an imprisoned developer has been sold to another real estate executive.

Ronald Finvarb, a principal in Bay Harbor Islands-based Finvarb Group, bought the two-story Mediterranean-style house at 268 Park Drive in Bal Harbour for $4.075 million Nov. 24, Miami-Dade County property records show. The property had been in the possession of a court-appointed receiver after it was taken from a company tied to disgraced entrepreneur Leon Cohen-Levy.
