Miami developers might not have heard about them yet, but the Chinese development juggernaut sure has heard about Miami and is looking to break into the market, according to a Chinese construction executive who spoke Friday at a Miami condo conference.
“Many Chinese developers are studying this market, and that’s a very positive sign,” said Ning Yuan, chief executive of China Construction America Inc. Yuan appeared on a panel of industry executives assembled at the Urban Land Institute’s Miami Condo Market Symposium. “Many people are looking at Miami.”
