A Miami federal judge decided a case in favor of Four Seasons Hotel Ltd., which was accused of breaching profit-sharing contracts for hotel-condo units at the Four Seasons Millennium Tower in Miami.
The nine plaintiffs purchased a total of 14 units separately from 2003 to 2005 in the tower with 84 hotel-condo units and entered rental program agreements with the Four Seasons, according to court documents.
