With various stadiums they built or refurbished making their World Cup debut, Brazilian construction giant Odebrecht Construction Inc. had a different kind of rollout in South Florida as the company signed a 17,788-square-foot office lease in Coral Gables.
Odebrecht had already rented part of two floors in the SunTrust Plaza at 201 Alhambra Circle. The new lease will see the company consolidate its operations on the 10th floor, a statement from a broker involved in the transaction said. The space will serve as the construction company’s U.S. headquarters.
