Come fall, a long-abandoned print shop in Hollywood will teem with 2,200 students once developer MG3 Dixie LLC completes a $35 million charter at the former site of Angstrom Graphics.

MG3 has remade big-box venues into charter schools in several cities, including Tampa, Sarasota, Coral Springs, St. Petersburg and Cooper City. Renaissance Charter School will operate the Hollywood school and focus on arts and sciences.
