A San Francisco-based company and a local buyer struck a $12.6 million cash deal for the former Preferred Exchange Tower in Coral Springs at about 33.6 percent below the last selling price.
Bristol Group and Coconut Creek-based Butters Construction & Development paid about $61 per square foot for the property at 3111 N. University Drive, just south of Sample Road, Broward County public records show.
