1. Before you order the Corporate Kit, you must have filed a profit corporation with the State of Florida pursuant to Chapter 607 and 621 Florida Statutes. Although the Daily Business Review can prepare and file the necessary forms with the secretary of state, our staff cannot render any legal, accounting or tax advice. Please seek legal counsel if you have any such questions.
2. If you need to file with the state, first choose the type of filing service you want:
