Gettting Started:

1.  Before you order the Corporate Kit, you must have filed a Professional Association with the State of Florida pursuant to Chapter 607 and 621 Florida Statutes.  Although the Daily Business Review can prepare and file the necessary forms with the secretary of state, our staff cannot render any legal, accounting or tax advice.  Please seek legal counsel if you have any such questions.

2.  If you need to file with the state, first choose the type of filing service you want:

• Preparation of Articles. The easiest and fastest. For only a small filing fee, we prepare your articles of incorporation and other information and file them electronically with the Florida Secretary of State's office. 
• Electronic Incorporation.  Absolutely the fastest. We file your articles electronically with the Florida Secretary of State. Your original documents never leave your office.  Please send your prepared articles of incorporation to the appropriate address below.
• Personal Incorporation. We pick up and hand file your articles with the Florida Secretary of State.  Please send your prepared articles of incorporation to the address below.
