Instability in Ukraine and Russia is creating a quiet surge in the number of Russian-speaking entrepreneurs seeking to immigrate and start or expand businesses to the U.S., according to some South Florida attorneys who focus on that market.
In part because Ukrainian businesses lost Russia as a client for export, Ukrainian entrepreneurs see the U.S. and Latin America as a potential replacement for that market. Meanwhile, concerns in Russia have entrepreneurs there considering immigration options as well.
