In the wee hours of the morning, blocks away from the bustling bars and restaurants of Fort Lauderdale’s Las Olas Boulevard, parking garage attendant Fernando Valencia noticed a drunken fight brewing.
A man trying to drive out of the 305 S. Andrews Ave. garage was getting testy with two men in a car behind him, and Valencia decided to step in.
