The Florida Supreme Court disciplined six South Florida attorneys, including four who were disbarred, the Florida Bar announced Monday.
As the Daily Business Review previously reported, the court disbarred Darin Lentner of Fort Lauderdale and Charles Kane and his son Harley Kane of Delray Beach for negotiating a secret settlement that kept clients and co-counsel in the dark. Lentner’s ex-wife and ex-law partner, former Broward Circuit Judge Laura Watson, awaits the court’s decision on discipline for her role in the case.
