Florida-based Am Law 200 firm Shutts & Bowen and partner Kevin Cowan face an antitrust lawsuit accusing them of colluding with clients to rig bids for valuable land adjacent to Miami’s nearly $1.1 billion Brickell City Centre project.

But after a ruling earlier this month, one of the two plaintiffs in the litigation has been knocked out of the case. The other has until Aug. 26 to attempt to revive its lawsuit.
