A Donald Trump-owned golf club in Jupiter is set to face former club members at trial next month after a judge denied the club’s motion for summary judgment.
The dispute focuses on more than $5 million in membership deposits the plaintiffs made to the club when it was owned by the Ritz-Carlton. They argue Trump National Golf Club Jupiter breached its contract with certain members by not refunding their deposits when the Republican presidential nominee bought the club in 2012.
