Attorney Frederick Keitel, who’s representing himself in a commercial foreclosure, wants to eject Palm Beach Circuit Judge Meenu Sasser from his case—and he’s hoping a story in the Daily Business Review will help him do it.
His motion to disqualify the judge cites “new facts,” such as the DBR’s July 16 article on the judge’s removal from an unrelated smoker case.
