Three South Florida attorneys have been disbarred and seven others have been disciplined by the Florida Supreme Court.
Jussi Kustaa Kivisto of Lake Worth was permanently disbarred after being found in contempt for failing to comply with terms of a May 2010 suspension order and a September 2010 disbarment order. He continued to identify himself as an attorney and advertised his availability for legal services.
