Notice to Attorneys and Litigants
Pursuant to Administrative Order 10-6, the Eleventh Judicial Circuit has established Section 50 of the Circuit Civil Division in an effort to manage and reduce the number of aged pending foreclosure cases. Section 50 is
specifically established and designated for the disposition of pending
foreclosure cases with a filing date on or before December 31, 2008. Accordingly, please take note that effective Monday, June 21, 2010, all
pending foreclosures cases with a filing date on or before December 31, 2008 will be reassigned to Section 50.
