The Florida Supreme Court disciplined eight South Florida attorneys, including two who were disbarred, the Florida Bar announced Tuesday.
Sholom Boyer of North Miami Beach was disbarred after complaints about misappropriation of client funds and failure to communicate with the client. Boyer can seek readmission to the bar after five years.
