Litigation is heating up in a former executive’s age-discrimination lawsuit against Chicago-based JLL, an international financial and professional services firm specializing in commercial real estate and investment management.

George Amador, JLL’s former global director of energy and sustainability, was set to get his day in court March 20 before U.S. District Judge Kathleen M. Williams in Fort Lauderdale. But a flurry of filings this month, including a JLL motion to continue, could delay the start of trial until June.
