Two Bilzin Sumberg attorneys helped the developers behind downtown Miami’s One Thousand Museum secure a $225 million construction loan.
Miami partner Jon Chassen and associate Phillip Sosnow worked on behalf of the group to close the hefty loan, which will fund the tower’s 62 stories and 83 luxury residences. The transaction is not yet recorded in Miami-Dade County’s property records.
