Military contractor Point Blank Enterprises Inc. defeated a $10 million breach-of-contract suit over a failed bid to provide tactical vests with body armor to the U.S. government.

Lawyers from Morgan, Lewis & Bockius’ Miami and Philadelphia offices won summary judgment for the Pompano Beach-based armor manufacturer in a contract dispute with TYR Tactical LLC, which sued after Point Blank failed to protest the government’s rejection of their joint offer.
