Berger Singerman has expanded its real estate and government affairs capabilities with the hire of a former energy company executive and investment advisory chairman.
Jeffrey Bartel is set to join the firm Sept. 20 as a partner in the Miami office, working with clients on a variety of issues, including land use and zoning, real estate development and finance, governmental and regulatory affairs, corporate governance and compliance, energy and utility, and private equity and venture capital matters.
