Carlos Eduardo Padilla, formerly a partner at Colombian law firm Castro Leiva Rendon Criales, has become practice area coordinator for the infrastructure and projects team of the regional firm Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría’s office in Bogota.
Padilla, who started at Philippi Prietocarrizosa on Aug. 29, has been involved in infrastructure projects in Colombia for the last decade, advising national and foreign clients on structuring local and international transportation, telecommunications, energy and utilities transactions.
