A South Florida businessman seeking to buy a Ferrari limited-edition luxury vehicle valued up to $2 million has filed a defamation lawsuit against Ferrari North America after the automobile maker rejected his $1 million deposit for one of the most expensive cars in the world.

Preston Henn, the 85-year-old owner of the Swap Shop in Fort Lauderdale, has collected Ferraris for about 50 years, and his collection, on display at a museum inside the Swap Shop, is said to be worth $100 million.
