Fort Lauderdale-based Greenspoon Marder is opening three offices to support its new marijuana practice group, the law firm announced Friday.
The new offices in Denver, Las Vegas and San Diego will include five newly hired attorneys, two of whom will lead the cannabis practice. Rachel Gillette, who has represented cannabis and hemp businesses in Colorado since 2010, will lead the Denver office, while cannabis litigation and corporate lawyer Lance Rogers will lead the San Diego office.
