Gov. Rick Scott’s former general counsel, Timothy Cerio, has rejoined GrayRobinson as a shareholder in the firm’s Tallahassee office. Cerio focuses his practice on regulatory and health care law, administrative law and complex litigation in state and federal courts.
Cerio joined GrayRobinson in 2001 and left in 2015 to serve as Scott’s general counsel. Cerio previously served as chief of staff and general counsel at the state Health Department from 2005 to 2007.
