A Miami jury added $50,000 in punitive damages Monday to a $800,000 verdict against a Coral Gables criminal defense attorney in a fee-sharing dispute.
Stephen Rosen and his firm were found liable last month for fraud, breach of contract and conspiracy for allegedly cutting another lawyer, Nathan Diamond, out of a real estate deal intended to pay legal fees.
