High-profile Miami attorney Kendall Coffey is defending Donald Trump’s presidential campaign manager against a misdemeanor battery charge filed after an encounter with a journalist at a Jupiter campaign event.

Corey Lewandowski was charged Tuesday after surveillance video appeared to show him grabbing a Breitbart News reporter who approached to ask Trump a question at the March 8 event at the Trump National Golf Club Jupiter. The reporter, Michelle Fields, resigned from the news organization soon after the incident, which she said left her with bruises on her arm.
