Berger Singerman has hired Pamela Cothran Marsh, a former U.S. attorney for the Northern District of Florida, as a partner dividing her time between Tallahassee and Miami.

As U.S. attorney, Marsh earned a reputation for investigating and prosecuting banking, securities, health care fraud, public corruption, cybersecurity, human trafficking and international and domestic terrorism cases. She was the first woman to serve as the top prosecutor in the district stretching from Gainesville to Pensacola.
