The Florida Supreme Court ordered an Oakland Park company offering child support help to refrain from providing legal advice.

Sean Gentile of Gentile Child Support LLC signed an agreement saying she and her company would not claim they are “child support specialists” or use other phrases suggesting they can offer legal advice or expertise, according to the Florida Bar. The agreement did not include any admission of wrongdoing but resolved “complaints of her practicing law without a license,” the Bar said in a statement Thursday.
