Farm Stores lost a $1.8 million breach-of-contract case that has been chugging through Miami-Dade Circuit Court for 16 years.
The Miami-based drive-thru convenience store was ordered Dec. 2 to pay damages of $927,000 plus interest of $865,000 to Zenith Insurance Co., which bought out Farm Stores’ former insurer Riscorp.
