A Nationstar Mortgage LLC foreclosure case was revived Thursday after an appellate court found the company had only five days to prepare for trial because of a clerk’s office email mistake.
The Third District Court of Appeal ruled the mortgage servicer should receive a new trial in Monroe Circuit Court, where the case was dismissed in August 2014 for failure to produce a witness.
