Miami’s federal courthouse was locked down for about two hours Tuesday while law enforcement examined a backpack left near the entrance.
A man came to the Wilkie D. Ferguson Jr. Courthouse for a probation appointment and was told by court security that he could not bring his backpack inside, U.S. Marshals Service spokesman Barry Golden said.
