Broward Circuit Judge Lynn Rosenthal agreed to a 90-day unpaid suspension and a public reprimand under the terms of an agreement with the state Judicial Qualifications Commission to resolve an ethics case based on a driving under the influence case.
Rosenthal agreed to the suspension, 12 hours of continuing legal education in ethics, family counseling, repayment of fees and costs linked to the investigation and the reprimand, according to a notice of formal charges released Monday.
