Prominent plaintiffs attorney Willie Gary and two Miami co-counsel landed a $5 million jury verdict for a former University of Miami football player who was stopped at an intersection when a UPS truck hit him head-on.
The plaintiff, music executive Rasheed Ali, was represented by brothers Judd and Brett Rosen of Goldberg & Rosen and Gary and Glenn Crickenberger of Gary, Williams, Parenti & Watson in Stuart. Gary last year won a $23.6 billion verdict against R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. in Escambia Circuit Court.
