A millionaire’s wife came out on the winning end of an appellate ruling Wednesday in a twisted family dispute case pitting her against her grown stepchildren.
The Fourth District Court of Appeal reversed an order to transfer $3 million out of a joint account shared by former stockbroker Lois Zelman and her husband, Martin, after ruling her stepchildren failed to provide sufficient notice before moving the money to a private trust.
