Fourth District Court of Appeal Judge Cory Ciklin started his second term leading the appellate court Wednesday.
Ciklin, 58, was appointed by Gov. Charlie Crist in 2008. He is a former 14-year Palm Beach trial judge, credited with creating the domestic violence division in 1998. His decades-long legal career started with a 1980 internship at the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County.
