The Central Florida Brazilian-American Chamber of Commerce is leading the formation of a coalition with the goal of lobbying Congress to allow Brazilian executives and managers to apply for E-1 and E-2 visas.

The visas allow investors and entrepreneurs to direct U.S. business operations for five years and don’t require the home country business to remain open, said immigration attorney Edward Beshara of the Beshara law firm in Maitland, who is chairman of the new coalition.
